Remember if you link to one website, remember to also link on that website to yours – the comment section is always a good place to start. If the author of the website likes your link, they may include it in their outbound links. Also Remember to be relevant to your niche, if your blog is about flowers, then you want to link to flower sites more than you do other sites – at first it may be a good idea to just link to everyone you can to get the word out. If you guys have a website, then I want to link to yours, so you can link to mine?
It is often advised to not have more than 30 outbound links on one page. In fact if you want to have good PR on the site, it is advised to have a maximum of ten on one page. This is a guide and not the rule however as detailed here
How Google handles multiple links to the same URL on the same page is not completely clear – for instance, tests using unique anchor text sometimes seem to show that the extra links “count”, and sometimes seem to show that they don’t. The concensus seems to be that if the links are good quality and valuable then don’t nofollow them.
Cool Guys
